[Cal-Sportbike]

Sportbike Track Time's season opener is at Thunderhill Park on Tuesday, April 19th, followed by an event on Sunday, May 8th, at Infineon (running the AMA Configuration).

Both events are 3-group format (20 minute sessions), with Advanced and Intermediate groups plus a school group (several sub-groups by skill, mixed classroom instruction and on-track drills). The school group is a great place for first time track riders or experienced track riders looking to improve their skills in a formal environment. The Intermediate group also has several instructors for one-on-one help, with the advanced group monitored for safe riding.

Prices are $170 (*$155 for members) for 4/19 Thunderhill, and $299 (*$280 for members) for 5/8 Infineon, and include light continental breakfast, lunch, water/gatorade, and all instruction/schooling.

STT has in-house Michelin tire service with Pilot Power, Power Race, and slicks at racer pricing. Other amenities available include;

STT's instructional staff for 2005 includes Oliver Chami, Amir Khoyi, Shelly Campbell, Chris Moore, Michael Dietrich, Kevin Smith, Jeff Longbottom, Bryan Kovarick, Jim Hoskins, Rod Sherman, John Angelotti, and Craig Grantham.
