| Re: For Sheeps birthday Between the trailer, new laptop and the RC the only way is lotto or present though I still need leather pants or if sheepup 2005 starts to work a suit before Grattan and need to do the trailer. Just could not resist posting when I saw it in Roadracing World (hopefully other org members will be celebrating sheep day at Barber)

yes, you have to be a member. However - you can do 1/2 day free if it is your first time. they do not require you to wire anything or even take your plate off for the first time. http://www.nesba.com/info/Intro.aspx
members - B and I group are encouraged to safety wire the bike, remove coolant, etc. A's have to do all of it including belley pan. For B and I you need to pass the safety inspection - tires, brakes, chain, throttle, leathers, helmet, gloves and boots.

Thanks Bubba!
Also on leathers I have a JR Blaster Jacket and was planning on adding a set of JR Speedmaster pants (360 zip) is this adequate for a track day? (yes I will get a backprotector also) Thanks sorry for the million questions but now I will go RTFM

360 zip is good with nesba. i think you can wear 2 pair of jeans and work boots (over the ankle) for the track day
this is straight from their manual
o Helmet, full-face DOT, SNELL, or European standard approved, with
eye protection. No flip-up helmets allowed.
o Leather or textile riding suits (i.e., Cordura, Kevlar, or Aerostich-type).
No textile suits will be allowed in the Advanced class. Two-piece suits
must zip together; full circumference is required.
Airmesh-style suits (where you can see your skin through
them) will NOT be permitted.
o Two pairs of jeans will be allowed for the Intro class only
o Sturdy over-the-ankle leather boots
o Leather gauntlet-type gloves
o Back protector (strongly recommended) |

| Re: For Sheeps birthday OK here is the questions:
If I become a NESBA member how early do you normally need to sign up. The talks of first come first serve and cutoff but that might just be a disclaimer as cutoff will occur sooner or later.
If I became a member and did the free two sessions at Barber in the AM as the lowest speed would I be irritated that I didn't do all day? I am 2 hours away and signed up for Grattan (the priority in the budget)
Is there a better org that does Barber, with some Nashville, Talledega, VIR?
Please no this group is better arguments If you know of a serious down OK but only if it is major (ie safety) please.
EDIT: D'oh I meant Road Atlanta although VIR would be OK just a long drive compared to the others
