Anyone going? If I can get the storm of disasters that have hit under some control I am leaning VERY heavy toward signing up for one day.

OK I am fixing to schedule the 10th if I can. Does anyone know of a way to check if the day is open before I sign up as a member? I want this one and maybe another in October but I would hate to join then not be able to use it.

Got my shirt from STT today and am starting a to bring list soon

Does anyone know of a lap tips for Barber similar to what Abtech provided for Grattan? I figure the track intro will be either less or zero compared to FireBlades.org days.

I am starting my list of things to bring and wound. Wish my pit crew (Dad) was still coming as some pics would have been sweet

After Grattan I think I have the basic flow of things and basic lines so now I want to work on picking up my pace. The first and obvious thing is to get the wool off the side Assuming I can do that with any regularity, I am trying to decide on a tertiary goal. I am thinking focus on smoother and earlier acceleration out of corners. Any suggestions from the faster Grattan attendees that were stuck in the Anthrax draft?

So last chance to suggest things to the wool! I am gathering tonight as I have a birthday to drop by before loading the trailer tommorow. Don't think any org members are going but if someone does drop by the sheep hauler and say baaa

I have the plastic on the and am getting ready to set the tires (Diablo Corsas) at 31/29 as it will be about 90-5 as Grattan. Other than wear any indicators that they are EOLing on me? I think they are fine for tommorow at least since I only have 2 Grattan days on them

You should set your pressures high as your tires will not hold the pressure. Set it the morning of the event.

EOLing..

Anyways, since I'm a geek and know what that means, yes, when they get too slickery. Judging by your comments, just go have fun and don't give the tires another thought.

As LTL said, set the pressures in the morning of the trackday. Also, Diablo Corsas shouldn't be run as low as you'd run other tires. They do much better at about 33-34 front and rear. Really. That's from a Pirelli rep.
