Ok boys and girls, I'm heading to Arroyo Seco Motorplex for a weekend trackday on Aug 13-14, 2005.

I know there are a few trackday junkies on this board in the Southwest!

I'm hoping to make it, but we'll see how things go. Gotta convince the SO that I NEED to go . You going for both days Rick? $125 for two days is just too good to pass up.

I just found out that I won't have a vehicle to get my bike out there, so I guess that's a no for me. Man it sucks not having a truck and borrowing my dads all the time .

I don't have room on my trailer, but I have another buddy that will be driving through Tucson. He might have room in his truck and trailer for another bike. I can ask him if you like? Let me know.

Looks like none of my friends are going and I don't have the money, so I'm not going either. I hope to make it out there in Sept. Have fun Rick. I hear some of the fast guys should be there this weekend.

Well, got back from two days at Arroyo Seco! Had a great time on Saturday, never could get quite comfortable on the track. Was running a little slower then normal. I don't know why, but I just couldn't relax on the track.

Sunday was rained out. It dried off a little, so we got in about three hours of track time, before the big storm hit.

Overall, a great time!

Wow, it's not very often that Arroyo gets rained out. Which direction were you running on Saturday Rick? When I went we ran CCW. I really liked going that way. I was a bit affraid when on Sunday Roger said wer were to go CW. However I ended up liking it much more than I thought I would.

CCW - Saturday and CW - Sunday. I like CW better, but was faster CCW.

What kind of times are you doing out there Ricky? When you haul your bike, do you attach those red tie down things around the frame slider? On mine you could put it through a little triangle part of the frame but it's different on the other side.
