Hey thanks, I appreciate the comments
The pics were taken by a pro, sidelinesportsphotography. The guy took some great shots of alot of people that day. Had a very cool rig/set-up with a big ass semi tractor and smaller trailer with 5 LCD screens so people can come in and look through the pics right at the end of the trackday. Pretty cool stuff, I guess they do alot of bmw & other race cars/clubs at trackdays or whatever. It was my last day and I thought I'd treat myself to the pics, kinda pricey but in all honesty I think he did slightly better work than other guys that were doing it. He said he tested beta equipment for Nikon
That first pic is pretty much the end of that left turn where you're coming onto a small straight followed by a double apex right. Still you're right though, I need to have my helmet where the mirrors would be. As Mike from Motovid said I need to attack the turn more, elbow down, arms relaxed, head low and pointed through the turn. Get my shoulder more forward and get further off the seat. Damn this gets confusing, it reminds me of when I was learning to play golf. I thought the track would be as simple as the street, just haul ass, turning out to be alot more than that and I welcome the challenge.
