| Trackoholics is no more Sad, but true. Trackoholics has decided to close their track day business and Jim and Karoline are heading west. Here's Jim's explanation on the Trackoholics' website. Truly a bummer, but I wish them well in their endeavors... http://trackoholics.com/explanation.html

| Re: Trackoholics is no more Sorry about YOUR loss but...... Cali is the place to be. Speaking of trackdays. I am feeling the need, the need for corners.....
Side note to Conq, "we need the dancing banana with a WOOT sign". That would of been WAAAAY more appropiate in this case. |

It really is a full time job for at least 2 people if you want to do it right. If it were a case of sending out an email and collecting lots of cash before going to the track and having a great time, the line would form right behind me. Unfortunately that isn't the case. |

In an ideal world (sans politics), it would be a great gig, but there is so much behind the scenes crap that goes on these days. |

Like abtech implied, (and I think the underlying reason Jim pulled the plug) the bullchit just isn't worth it.
...and Mojave...
edit: Have to change my post now in the "How many track days have you planned already for '06" thread.

| Re: Trackoholics is no more I met Jim when he came out to the Pahrump TI2TT weekend with us last month. He and his wife seemed to be a great couple with great ideas. They will be a great addition to our team here at TI2TT! We look forward to working with Jim and Karoline and making TI2TT for Trackoholics the best it can be.
Sorry for your guys loss in the midwest. Hopefully someone will step up and be able to provide close to the same experience that Trackholics provided the riders in your area. I know they will be missed greatly. Now you guys just have to come out here to hit some trackdays with Jim and the rest of us.
