Re: Buttonwillow tomorrow

Had a great day, was damn cold though, think it got to around 50 or so at the highest, lots of cold tire low-sides. Every session I rode got red flagged at least twice due to cold tire crashes. I was seriously out of practice, this was my first day to the track in over two years, I wasn't exactly hauling ass dragging knee today . I started slow (REALLY slow), and built my speed up pretty well (was still slow). Decided after today that I am going to get rid of my RC, and am getting a motard kit for my CR500 , I just want..a lighter bike.

She really is a pig, a good one though, I can't wait to flick my CR around the track, the income tax return is going to good use this year

Re: Buttonwillow tomorrow

It doesn't, though I can feel the weight. There were about a dozen guys with motards out there today though, they look like a blast, I can get the wheel setup for around $1000, I already found a company that makes them for my CR. Just have to do the taxes.

Re: Buttonwillow tomorrow

I'm getting real sick of this deal. Yam didn't deliver, and neither is my dealer.

I'm seriously considering going down and canceling today. I think I'll just try to find a wrecked GSXR or something.
