SMMR/Pahrump w/TrackXperience 4/29-30

Cal-Sportbike TrackXperience is coming to Spring Mountain/ Pahrump on April 29th and 30th!

RIDING SCHOOL: With a comprehensive Level 1 school (including XR100 training on a specially designed paddock course) to rival large national schools, we should be the first choice for riders who are looking to build their skills and become precision riders!

OPEN LAPPING: Our Level 2 group consists of open lapping (must be an experienced track rider) offering abundant track time yet we avoid overcrowding the track and we keep unsafe and discourteous riders out of our events. You bring out a nice bike, we expect you to be able to take it home shiny too. Our staff of professional instructors are available throughout the day for one-on-one personal coaching, and they monitor this group for safe and courteous riding. (open lapping IS allowed in L1 for riders desiring a slower pace, or riders who just finished the school the previous day on a two-day event)

TRACSTAR CHALLENGE: Tracstar is a skills-based rider certification and awards program which focuses on developing both physical and mental bike control skills and safety habits. It is inspired by proven sports training programs that have worked well for decades around the globe. Tracstar is free and optional for any rider.

FORMAT: 2 customized groups. Long sessions, no overcrowding. Not only do you receive more miles, but a BETTER experience. Need we say more?

AMENITIES: We provide a full catered hot buffet breakfast with Starbucks coffee, and a full catered buffet lunch. We also deliver chilled bottled water and Gatorade delivered to each pit during the day. Chair massage therapy is also complimentary.
Optional services at this event include photography by Trackday.net, tire changing, and suspension tuning by Tige Daane and James Morse. We will also have the Dyno Dudes mobile dyno truck supporting the event with dyno runs and custom mapping services! We have standby EMS and of course a full corner staff for your safety.

The ticket price is $230 per rider and includes all meals and beverage service, and the complimentary massage therapy. You get what you pay for...and our riders expect a better experience with more track time and better amenities.
* Motorcycle industry employees, licensed racers, and woman riders are eligible for additional sponsorship savings.

More information on the TrackXperience riding school, open lapping, and the Tracstar™ Challenge Program can be found online at http://www.trackXperience.com or by calling (800) 930-8520.

Re: SMMR/Pahrump w/TrackXperience 4/29-30

Just found out on a other forum that for some reason all the hotels in Pahrump are all booked up the weekend of the event. Todd has arranged with Spring Mountain Motorsports ranch for anyone that wants to camp (dry camp, no open flame) on the paddock/pitting area both nights on Cal-Sportbike TrackXperience's nickel...

I just talk to Todd tonight, he told me, he made it possible for those riders coming from the L.A. area or further and arriving later in the night to still take advantage of being able to camp at the track, Spring Mountain Motorsport Ranch will hold the gates open later, the gates will remain unlocked until 12:00midnight on Friday night and only until 10:00pm Saturday night...

I would also suggest that anyone that doesn't want to camp on the Paddock/pit area and isn't from Vegas to look for a place to stay off the highway to Pahrump no more then 45-50 mins from the track...
