| Tracks in Northern New York or Southern Canada I'll be traveling to the Plattsburgh New York area for a family gathering and I like to make a trackday out of it if there's one near. Any suggestions? It's near Montreal.
Thanks

I'm ready to try out those new slicks I got from Abtech! |

IF you find it hard to get a date at MTB you might be able to find some time at Shannonville, or Mosport |

I'm ready to try out those new slicks I got from Abtech! | I can find all the track day available in the area but I needed dates for that. I'll look it up and get back to you. If you can pull Mont-Tremblant I'll be there with you |

| Re: Tracks in Northern New York or Southern Canada Only 3 track days this summer there.... the next one is August 25 an they are 275$, well worth it though.... What a track!
There is on track day in Shannonville Motorsports Park August 5, that's about it in the area for the first week of August.... Maybe NHIS?
Edit: St-Eustache might be an option.... not that nice of a track but real close to Montreal. I'll look it up. Still unpacking, I'll get back to you later. |

| Re: Tracks in Northern New York or Southern Canada Yeah, St-Eustache looks very convenient but their website seems to be all French. I'm afraid I'll need your help on that...
Let me know what you find out, I really want to get to another track day while I'm in your neck of the woods.
Thanks,
Dave |

| Re: Tracks in Northern New York or Southern Canada Does not look good
Mont-Tremblant has nothing before the 25, Mosport and Shanonville in Ontario don't have nothing either beginning of August..... St-Eustache web site is not showing any track day, I'll have to make some calls and make sure.
NHIS has one track day on August 9 |

NHIS has one track day on August 9 | Yeah St-Eustache's website was all Greek to me. It's extremely close to Montreal and that makes it ideal for me. If you can find a trackday there via phone I'd be all over it.
What is NHIS? I'm off to run a search! |

What is NHIS? I'm off to run a search! | So I found NHIS and it seems that the 9th is a Penguin track day and the 10th is something called Open Test Session for motorcycles only.
The penguin day is $220 and I don't know the price or anything elso about the Open Test Session on the 10th yet. I'll make some calls! |

| Re: Tracks in Northern New York or Southern Canada Dunno, my van gets about 8 mpg when towing the bike so it gets pretty expensive. I'll think on it. |

| Re: Tracks in Northern New York or Southern Canada Dave, just found out that there will be a track day at St-Eustache on August 6. They cost 100$ but you need the 40$ membership card, so 140$ total.
I don't think I'm going to be able to make it the 6 but I'll keep you updated.
Here's the link to the track day responsible. Acueil Home |

| Re: Tracks in Northern New York or Southern Canada Ho, forgot, don't expect too much of St-Eustache.... small bumpy track, quite some squids the day I was there but some good riders too. It's still fun to ride... I'm sure you can find some vid on google, Canadian superbike is racing there once a year. |

| Re: Tracks in Northern New York or Southern Canada Not yet, I won't be there until Wednesday night. We have to stop on the way in Pennsylvania. I am doing a track day at VIR on Monday though! That will have to do it for now, I just can't justify towing the bike all that way for a crappy track. My van gets dismal mpg when towing, well all the time really |
