Anyone know what facilities are available on a track day there?

Do they have garage rental, or are you better off in the pits with an EZ-Up?

YA'LL SUCK! lol... someone wanna kidnap me and take me along

gotta look into this ... was plannin on being at Norwalk for Prostar that weekend...

Autobahn is awesome.. just one hell of a drive (for me anyways 8 hrs minimum no delays)

I mentioned some info on the trackday I had there with NESBA on Monday on PHobe's thread... would love to hit it dry... not so sure about STT however

8 hours... yikes. I just map quested it after you said that and it only looks like about 3 1/2 for me from East Lansing. BakeTech can you post up what this track is like when you get back. That is definately a reasonable drive for me and would like to know if the track is worth the drive. "Dream Ryder" if you were on the way or anywhere close I would be happy to give ya lift there. Have fun at the drags none the less. I am still trying to bum a ride with my father in law to Norwalk or maybe well ride. e

STT is doing the SOuth Circuit Saturday and the North on Sunday. Of the two, the South looks more interesting, though the whole enchilada looks as if it would be fun.

I am trying to keep an open mind re: STT for this event; I'm prepared for the extra $5.00 gate fee, the impersonality, etc. I just hope they don't try to put a million people on that little track.

You are sounding more like a cynical old man every day






I've only had one experience with STT and it was a CORE event with very few people, so I thought it was a special case. However, I keep hearing a recurring theme. Have fun and watch your tail.

I think I rode the same CORE event with you. STT has more crashes just by the sheer volume of riders they have.

I have not forgot about this event and really want to go. I have fresh tires but just paid $250 for a bent fork to T man that done my forks earlier this year and would like to get another set of rotors for the GSXR before I do another track day ($500) + the track fee and membership fee. Damn, I need to get a second job or sell one of my kids.

I'd be more interesed in going if I didn't have a couple of motors apart on the bench now that are eating $$$ faster than I can make em.
