Here is a reply from the Michelin people.

I have the pilot powers in stock. They are 280 plus tax a set for the 120/190s. I charge 20 extra a wheel to dismount and mount on the bike. Let me know if you will need this service so I can staff for it. That day is going to be busy. I am putting on a big sale that day on pr2 and pr5 race tires. I also have a huge selection of power take offs but they are in a 180 rear size. I get all the take offs from the Freddy Spencer school those go for 150 a set, I also have 8 sets left of take offs of the new 2ct pilot powers, these are the powers with the dual compound soft edges. These are 180 a set. I bought the take offs from the Michelin press release of the new tires up here. So if any one you know are interested let me know. Thanks again and we will see you up here.

But that doesn't really answer the question of if he'll be there Sunday.
Monday was a known, as he is always there on Apex days.
Last I talked to him, the PR tires were $350. Don't know what his sale price is going to be.
