| Re: Scenery to and at Miller.... You like that drive?
Man, other than Arizona through St George, it's awful until about an hour or so south of Provo.
I much preferred the drive out on 80 for scenery. |

| Re: Scenery to and at Miller.... I really like the southern scenery. Maybe it's because I live up north and see all the mountainous country every day.
But that red sand and sandstone formation country is otherworldly cool. Of course, not much of it is seen on I15, and the drive is indeed boring and monotonous between St. George and Provo. |

| Re: Scenery to and at Miller.... Yes it is. We busied ourselves by counting the number of cars that got turtled. Unreal how many cars can fall off a straight piece of road. |

The colors in the rock are incredible (as long as rock slides don't mess up traffic through there)
But damn near everything south of that is a shithole wasteland, and same with most north of St George until just south of Spanish Fork. |

The only good parts are seeing some of the fighters and such zooming around out there.
Not much into the desert though man. (but the mornings in the dez are pretty hard to beat) |

Then there are all the other roads down there. Scenery not seen anywhere else on earth.
Bright red sand, light pink sand, orange, yellow, purple (yes, actual purple soil), etc.
Absolutely stunning. |

Desert isn't for everyone. Like it out here. dirt to play in on the WR, tracks, mountain roads. Just a blast. |

| Re: Scenery to and at Miller.... Maybe if I lived up in San Bernardino county I'd like it more, but in Riverside County, those buncha yuppie wannabes were passing laws you can't ride a dirt bike even on your own property anymore.
All the downsides of the dez, with asshole politicians passing rules like it's LA.
It wasn't for me... |
