I just wanted to put in my two cents worth...I was a total newbie...had never even put a key in an ignition of a bike when i went to "On the Road Again" I can tell you at the age of 41 and after having a head on collision 2 months before and having a bad back I was apprehensive to say the least.
Sure why would I want to learn to ride a bike anyway right?? well that is something that was in the works before the car wreck (a broken tie rod makes a car go smash really quickly).....anyhow...I showed up permit in hand....boots that covered my ankles, a denim jacket, riding glasses and my helmet. and i was put on a bike.....
the bike was rigged to a panic cord....and taught the basica basics on the first lesson...I was able to shift and stop and was able to win any slow bike race you'd want to throw at me after the first lesson. They offer a package deal for everyone's needs.
They have for atomic newbies 4 lessons and the road test with their bike. They have just a road test deal where they have the bike the chase car and driver and car. and things in between. I would highly recommend them...My 17 year old son will be starting shortly....and should have his liscence be on the road before he hits 18...of course he doesnt realize that he is getting my rebel and Im upgrading...LOL cant ut a 17 year old on something with 1200 and expect him not to be stupid...that is their job!
