Re: JenningsGP: Bike requirements

Just want to remind you guys of the bike requirements.

Insure your bike is oil and coolant leak free
Remove the mirrors
tape all glass
tape reflectors or remove them
remove fuses to lights, brake, turn, headlight
insure your horn doesn't work
throttle will snap closed on its on
brake lever won't go to the bar
good tires
good brake pad life remaining
check all fasteners - Fairing bolts and the like as they'll be doing much more vibrating than they do on the street!

Won't be checking for anti freeze but we do ask for you to do it. Its a easy safety check to have as if you go down, it doesn't mess up that spot for everyone else... Thanks for complying with that...

If anyone can think of anyting I've left out, feel free to post it up here...

I can't believe its almost that time!

Re: JenningsGP: Bike requirements

After the Water Wetter change out, my bike runs about 15 degrees cooler at hot idle. Glad you motivated me to do it even if now you're not going to check for it. That was my first concern after my lowside at JenningsGP in February. I felt guilty having antifreeze in the bike. It's a good thing even if it's not required.
