| Re: Rider Seriously Injured at Local Track Day Yesterday, at the track day down here at Texas World Speedway, a rider was seriously injured. Apparently it was a 35 year old woman on an F4i, her first track day, and I think her first bike as well. She low-sided and somehow managed to hit her head very hard on something (she was wearing a Suomy helmet). When a buddy of mine rode past, he said he saw a decent sized pool of blood from where she had crashed. She was CareFlighted out and the people at the track day were told that she was in serious condition with severe head trauma and that it did not look to good. Hopefully I'll here some news and hopefully it will be good. Be careful out there y'all. Paul | |
