| Re: Arizona Motorsports Group If your looking at getting parts, can't speak for the rest of the company, then I suggest that you get settled for the long haul. And dissapointment. I've been dealing with getting a simple, but obscure, part from this company since April 4. The initial order took a month to get and it was the wrong part. I then contact the actual manufacturer of the part, get the actual manufacturer part number, and identify where the part number mix-up occured. What does this get me? Another month of waiting to find that they gave up on the sale 3 weeks ago and credited me without telling me. Meanwhile I'm stuck with a ripped apart front end and waiting for a part that's not coming. |

Besides being inexcusable if they differentiate in that mannor this was a purchase for $200.
Do future business with em if you want to. I won't and I won't recomend them. That is the purpose of this post.....to inform of a bad experience. What is done with the information is up to the reader. |

| Re: Arizona Motorsports Group I have ordered numerous items, OEM, aftermarket, Givi, and tires from AZM over the past years.....I have always recieved excellent service and competitive pricing, as they give a 10% discount to VFR List members.
Sucks that you had a bad experience.....
Edit:
That said, I have also had good luck with Kneedraggers, and Ron Ayers.....

| Re: Arizona Motorsports Group I ordered form them.. ONCE. Took almost 2 weeks to get a pair of tires for a VFR. It's not like they are some weird sizes.. about as common as you can get. Not impressed at all.. general lack of communication. Like calling into a black hole IMHO.
You can do better just about anywhere else. |

| Re: Arizona Motorsports Group I live in the vicinity of AZM and I can tell you they have just as bad a reputation with the locals as they do with the mail order business. You think they suck over the phone or internet, you should have the pleasure of meeting them in person.
They are totally awful, for parts, gear or bikes. |
