| Re: Kneedraggers I ordered my Two Brothers exhaust through Kneedraggers on April 23. Two Brother supposedly didn't tell anyone that this particular exhaust was on backorder. Meanwhile, I sit in Indiana waiting for my exhaust for 2.5 weeks. Kneedraggers finally calls Two Brothers and gets the run around. Long story short, Kneedraggers refunded my shipping costs and ships it 2-day UPS when they get it. Plus, they sent me a t-shirt. Although not their fault, they treated me pretty cool. Now . . . Two Brothers . . . that's another topic for another time. |

| Re: Kneedraggers There are legion tales about Kneedraggers' dedication to customer service. Anyone can make a mistake; how that mistake is reconciled afterwards is what sets them apart from most other e-retailers.
I've done about 90% of my online purchases over the last two riding seasons with them. |

| Re: Kneedraggers Thanks for posting a possitive feedback. I know that I'm personaly more apt to post a negative one that a possitive. I'll check them out next time I need to order something (like, when don't I need to order something).

| Re: Kneedraggers I've ordered stuff through Kneedraggers that arrived very fast - when it's in stock. However, I special ordered a suit several months ago and I'm constanty calling them because they never get back to me on it's status.
It could be the two individuals I'm dealing with, I'm not sure. But I'm finding it pretty frustrating. |

| Re: Kneedraggers I ordered my Scotts Damper a couple of weeks ago from Kneedraggers and got a call the next day from Kevin. He told me they were on backorder, but he noticed I requested two-day UPS shipping, so he thought he should call to see if I still wanted the damper from them. I thought that was pretty good service, so I said to just send it out as soon as they get it (supposed to be today or tomorrow). |

| Re: Kneedraggers When I bought my helmet they included a nice little note remembering I said I was Canadian and included a hat with the shipment. When my girlfriend wanted to buy me gloves for xmas she called and said they were truly helpful and walked her through the process. |

| Re: Kneedraggers I ordered a jacket and pants (fieldsheer) from kneedraggers a while back. *They took almost two months to get here. *It was very frustrating. *I repeatedly called them to see what was going on and I guess KD was having problems getting the pants from fieldsheer. *Then when I finally got them the zipper on the pants was the wrong half so I'm giong to have to cut it of and sew on the right one myself. *If I had any beef, it would be with fieldsheer and not with kneedraggers. *Kevin was very helpful and apologetic. *And when I had to send the jacket back to exchange for a different size he didn't charge me the $25 exchange fee. *Though I didn't get any free T-shirt. |

| k, so I special order my SPIDI suit from Kneedraggers end of May. Was given an ETA of late April.
It's June 16 and my order will arrive tomorrow! Yippee!
They did in fact apologize and waive shipping. (they've shipped it to me 3-day air).
On a side note, I also had to deal with Lockhart Phillips.
I love them. I always got my calls returned, they were very helpful, and communicated to me about the length of time - specifically Justice who's the SPIDI rep.
He, in fact, shipped my suit 3-day air at their cost to Kneedraggers so I could have it ready for my track day.
Pics of my suit to follow...!!!!!! |

| Re: Kneedraggers I just got my steering damper through Kneedraggers and it arrived exactly the day they said it would. When I was on the phone with them they were very knowledgeable and helpful. It's a rare thing these days. |

| Same thing happened to me when I ordered some boots from them.
I also got my gloves from 'em and that transaction went smoothly too. |

| Re: Kneedraggers Got my Scotts damper from them, and in only 2 days!
Got my Alpinestars techpack from them in only one week, they were on back order.
Shirts in just 3 days.
I forget what else. Fast, reliable, fill in your own adjective.
