| Re: Ronayers Have anyone here ever had a problem with Ronayers before? You would think that ordering something so small such as LHP foot pegs and a tire paint marker from them wouldn't be that big of a deal. Well I just got off the phone with one of their sales reps trying to find out what happened to my order, which I placed over a week ago. With no care in his voice I was told that my foot pegs were on back order. I don't have a problem with it being on back order knowing that the pegs were coming from LHP, we all know how they are but the fact that the guy on the phone told me that they called and that they didn't receive an answer and the phone just rang is what got me. Also these jokers have my email address too, they could have contacted me that way. Anyway the phone number that they have is my cell phones which almost all cell phones in the country have voicemail on them and never had a problem before.
The next thing that I had asked was since my order wasn't shipped yet and that I had him on the phone could I add something of a small amount to this order. I was told that I had to place a separate order for that item which would have been more for shipping than the item was worth. What the hell is this? The added item was only worth $1.49 Do these people understand customer service or is it all about the all mighty dollar?
This is my first time ordering from them and as that saying go. You can never get a second chance to make a first impression.
This is a good place to vent!!!!! |

I've ordered several things form them, and never had any problems. Nothing I've ordered has been on backorder though. |

| Yeah, those you'd probably be better off getting from your local dealer. That's what I did. They're so small/cheap it's almost not worth ordering them. |

| Re: Ronayers I ordered tires from them last week and and got them within 3 days. Not bad in my opinion. I didn't speak to anyone cause I orderd over the net so I can give my 2 cents on that. |
