I did NOT have a good experience with them as they do not practice good business ethics. |

| Re: Dan Kyle davidGS is a (EDIT) crusader posting on a bunch of boards over a single lever order...
DK has supplied the industry for years and has hundreds (that i know of) and more likely thousands of happy customers...
rarely have i found a shop so willing to help folks out over the phone w/ expert advice...without even making a purchase
DK doesn't know me from Adam, but has helped me out at a couple of track days just for the asking....

| Re: Dan Kyle Thanks for the personal attack.
So I guess that it is wrong to warn others of bad business ethics practices (on the ratail side - I never commented about the tuning side)? You would prefer to have others have problems? Stating facts is bitching? Interesting.....
I'm sure he has plenty of happy customers. I know he has plenty of unhappy customers also. Hopefully, he will review his customer service policies and improve, but his earlier response did not give me any encouragement that he understood the problem to begin with.

| Re: Dan Kyle Dude, you have this SO far blown out of proportion, you should understand the radical comebacks.
1 instance of losing an order and then a mix up on his busiest day of the year after you decline to take the levers when offered is not "bad business ethics"!
Bad business ethics is taking deposits for stuff you never intend to have and going bankrupt. It's taking money for parts and never shipping, or offering to ship.
You've been offered levers once, you'll get them sometime in the future.
You've put effort into dredging up old stuff to slander Dan all over the net. What will be enough? |

</sarcasm> | you offered your opinions and experiences...i'm waiting on the unhappy folks to chime in, on one of your 1/2 dozen threads i've stumbled over so far...the response is underwhelming to say the least...
informing is one thing, crusading another, soliciting support yet another...

| Re: Dan Kyle I ordered a Akra Pipe, and some other small things from Dan in the past, and even though he doesnt normally stock them, he ordered it for me, and gave me the best price I could find. What impressed me the most was that he got it ordered and from Cali to TN in 4 days. Awesome Transaction!
