After the fiasco with trying to get a Harris hugger, I decided to give Red-Fox another try, even though they royally screwed me in the past. Couldn't happen twice to the same person, now could it?

(Even though Tavish had issues with them as well: Anyone order from Red-Fox before?)

In any event. An order was placed on the 25th. This time I went with a "standard" gloss black instead of custom painted like I had in the past.

I have yet to get any response from them on if the order was even received, after sending several e-mails. If anyone in the UK can make a local call to them and inquire about order #050525-0000261710, it would be appreciated. Their number is: 01246 590610

Yes, but they are difficult to order from. (Had an NWS on my 929.) They don't have any online ordering, and I couldn't find any distributors in the US.

To answer your question we are out of stock of the hugger you have ordered and it should be back in stock in 4 weeks.

After the wait you have had I will understand if you wish to cancel your order. I will however, unless I hear from you keep your order on file and e-mail you again when we have it in stock. At that time we will contact you again and you can tell us if you would like us to send you a hugger. If you do we can take your payment less the 10% discount to which you are entitled.
