We have, as I am sure you have guessed been experiencing some technical difficulties with our website and e-mail. We have now changed the website and fixed the e-mail.
To answer your question we are out of stock of the hugger you have ordered and it should be back in stock in 4 weeks.
After the wait you have had I will understand if you wish to cancel your order. I will however, unless I hear from you keep your order on file and e-mail you again when we have it in stock. At that time we will contact you again and you can tell us if you would like us to send you a hugger. If you do we can take your payment less the 10% discount to which you are entitled.
Again please accept my apologies for this gross communication problem.
