During my recent trip to Deal's Gap I stayed at this little motel for two nights(thanks for the link Conq).

It's owned by a retired couple who moved up there from FL. Currently they have one unit built, which has 5 rooms in it. Each room has double beds and an adjacent motorcycle garage which can comfortably hold two sportbikes and is easily big enough for a Goldwing.

There is a new building with an additional 5 units under construction and will be ready by next season. There are also plans to build another two story building with ~10 additional units and eventually more buildings in the coming years.

The $49/night is more than reasonable for what you get. The beds aren't the most comfortable, but they do just fine. Each room has its own hot water tank so there is plenty of hot water. There is also satellite TV in every room with HBO and also high speed Internet access.

I very highly recommend staying here if you plan to spend time in the area. I know they will have my business for any future visits. Be sure to make reservations, don't just show up(like I did ) because chances are they will be sold out as they usually are. Linda and Barry are extremely nice(as is their doberman Julia) and do everything they can to make sure their guests are taken care of.
