| Re: Cal-Sportbike Shipping Hi Chad,
Your order was received on 11/7, and checking the UPS computer it shipped on 11/11 (4 business days later). Our website states that most orders ship within 3-4 business days.
On the specials, the demand can often run us out of one thing or another even though we carry a large Galfer inventory. That is what happened here but we got our refill order quickly and filled your order expediently.
I'm sorry that this seemed long to you. We certainly strive to keep you happy. You should feel free to call me in person with ANY questions or concerns and I'll be happy to talk with you, since posting something here doesn't come to my attention nearly as fast as direct contact. |

| Re: Cal-Sportbike Shipping You didn't call, just posted here after 5 days...thats not right, you gotta cut people some slack or at least call them to give em a chance and see whats up.
15 weeks is even cutting it a little on the early side

| Re: Cal-Sportbike Shipping I bought Icon Motorhead boots this spring and prior to that I ordered (sucks getting too busy to remember, nah too old) from Todd good service, but I recently ordered a -1 front sproket and it was a week so I emailed them. They sent it out priority one $10.00 shipping. I wish they would've asked but $10.00 ain't gonna make me them & I WILL order from them again. He's got a good rep & glad to have found them from here |

Now --- I have been waiting for some parts from HIGHGEARHOBBIES for over 16 days and they won't return my emails. Even if I get my order tonight, they are still a bunch of fu(ktard incompetent losers in my book.
Of course, that's probably what I get for ordering from a company that makes bling parts for busa's? |

| Re: Cal-Sportbike Shipping I just ordered a Scott's damper from Todd on Monday the 19th, and it was a weird application.. For an SV with a GSXR front end and with 15mm tank spacers to let it breathe. (first choice was an Ohlins, but there wasn't a kit for that, so a rotary was the best I was gonna get.)
Todd did all the research on this, made a bunch of long distance calls to keep me informed, and pushed to get it here before FBo Grattan. He had to order priority from Scotts and turn it over and ship it as soon as he could. The UPS tracking code says it'll be here tomorrow, the 23rd.
$404.00 plus shipping. I've seen used ones go for $375 - that's a good deal IMO.
There are several very good vendors to choose from out there, and he's definitely one of them based on my experience. |

| Re: Cal-Sportbike Shipping A big to Kim and Cal-Sportbike for coming through for me in a clutch yesterday. Long story short, woke up yesterday to find my basment backed up with sewage from the storms that rolled through over night. My helmet was sitting on the carpet and soaked up enough yuck that it poured out when I flipped it over. Called Cal-Sportbike at 5:00 pm and had a new Shoei at my door at 9:00 am this morning. Definitely was the only bright spot in a very crappy (pun intended) past two days.
