James, We are about 80% sure it is one of ours (or was I should say).

Here is what I'll do for you, if you want.

If you ship it to me I'll try to chemically strip the paint off, refixture the assembly to make sure it is square and reface the flanges. Almost free of charge, you just pay shipping.
