I borrowed a fellow rider's faceshield cleaner while on a group ride about a month ago, and was very impressed. The next day I googled the (easily remembered) name and ordered the kit online. The cost was $19.95 and I used PayPal.
As the item hasn't arrived, I attemped to contact by phone: service disconnected, by email: failure mailbox full. So I opened a dispute case with PayPal, on submitting the message to the seller it said they were unable to contact the other party and immediately changed the status to escalation.
