I won an auction on ebay on Sept. 26th and paid the same day for a wheel chock. After winning I put in the notes to please let me know when it will ship. Week and a half later, no reply. Emailed again. Several days later I called. I told the guy I didn't want the chock and a refund. No reply. Emailed and voice mailed again 2 days later. He says to call his wife and ask for the refund. I called her. A week later, no response. I'm done. 21 days waiting for product that they had on sale on ebay that they apparently don't even have. I just left another voicemail and email that I'm going to open up a fraud case with paypal and ebay if no money transfers show up in my paypal by end of business day today.
I had ordered before from them with no problem but I'm pissed they advertised something they don't have, don't respond to phone/email, won't refund my money and have a generally shitty attitude. F THEM. I'm posting this on other forums I frequent also.
