| Dishonest and pathetic - reefatx As many of you know reef had a thread on here a while ago advertising 954 parts. Many of us ordered parts from him, and were promised timely delivery and such. It never happened. I continually sent him private messages and he would always respond "just a few more days and you'll get your tracking number" bleh, bleh bleh. He is a totally dishonest person, and a lying thief. Just wanted to throw it out there. Maybe he is reading the forum sometime and might realize that some people can't throw away money for fun. My dispute with paypal over this has so far resulted in 2 CENTS of my money back. I will be following this up as thoroughly as possible. | |

| Re: Dishonest and pathetic - reefatx As an update to this situation. (Jayhawk954 and pretty much live together, so that's why we often use the same SN.) Just to clear up any confusion. -I sent payment to reefatx via paypal on October 26. -Received several messages from him, then they stopped. -I filed a complaint with PayPal on November 17 -I filed a Dispute with Paypal on November 19 -PayPal finalized the Dispute on November 21 and I was awarded $0.02 -November 29th I called PayPal and they suggested using IC3.gov which is a government internet fraud prevention website. -Tonight I finished filing a report to the Internet Fraud Division at IC3.gov So far I only have this guys e-mail, AIM, real name(Karl Schmidt). Any other information on this guy, like his actual address would be greatly appreciated. I think he lives close to my home. Filed with paypal, escalated to a claim, claim awarded in my favor. Nothing received back. I want his address because I want my money back I filled it all out and have listed this thread, his original thread and the one showing he logged in another user in my case with ic3.gov Thanks for the link man!!
