The only obligation I have as far as helping these people find restitution is talking to the guy etc. when he calls or comes over. He has no phone, no computer, that I know of, etc. Like I mentioned he isn't rolling in the money [not an excuse whatsoever though for being immoral obviously].
You have PM that may help. |

When did I say I 'let' him do anything illegal? I said he could check his email/look something up at most. I doubt he used it more than once or twice in total, and if that it was probably several days apart. Not sure how much of that is detectable. |

At least I'm making progress, went from a child rapist to "maybe" telling the truth.
Like I said I'm in college and am lucky [for the most part] to have many friends. I can't afford to have a private investigator to follow around each and every one of them.
In all reality I'm glad this happened so some of you guys can hopefully get your money back, at least I was able to help despite the offensive introduction.
I just noticed you guys had his full name in the "dishonest and pathetic" thread a friend found after I told him I was freaking out about this thread. I didn't even know the guy's last name, maybe you guys know more than I do. |

Guard your stuff. |

That phone number is not familiar to me, but like I said you'd probably have to literally guess his number. He doesn't have a regular phone.

| Re: Welcome, sahtt - what about this reefatx character you share a computer with? Yeah when you see him ask him about my Left side fairing and brake pedal. I would rather just have the money back now but it is up to him. When or IF I get any of this I will close my case with ic3.gov and hopefully he will not be investigated.
I paid him with paypal. His name was Karl Schmidt there as well.
I am only out $100 but others got taken for more and less, its about stopping this guy from stealing from others and getting himself in a heap of ****!

Reb | I think your best bet is getting your money back as well. Even if the total is 4-500 bucks, I think he should/will seriously consider what trouble a few hundred bucks is worth. He mentioned something about another wrecked bike, he may have used the more mechanical parts to get that going to get some transportation, I know for a fact he has no vehicle.
LS Faring, brake pedal, check. |

Wow, if he ends up getting **** straightened out here and going legit I'd really be interested in that big red arrow, I would think your landlord is hassling the **** out of you about it too so maybe I could get a good deal?
I could definetely do local pickup, no worries about shipping either.

Paypal decided in my favor on a claim. Too bad he did not have anymoney in his account or they would have taken it out and paid me. How does this guy live with himself? As fas as sahtt goes I have this to say to you: You are judged by the company you keep. |

It's easy to judge isn't it? I could judge you as a few cards short of a full deck for paypaling a guy with what I presume as no reputation here or any prior transaction history a hundred dollars. I personally wouldn't buy from someone with no protection without at least eBay etc. backing me up, doing so from a moderator or someone a moderator can recomme | |
