Alright im very sorry about what happened; i had to leave town for two weeks for a family emergency; it doesnt matter what happened (Its very personal and ill explain what happened to those i owe)
I wanted to make a formal apology to everyone on the board ad sahhtt and while i do not want to make friends i want to resolve this the honest and correct way; everyone involved will be recieving an email today and an email with their tracking number by saturday
Im very sorry about the inconvenience and dont expect any lienecncy from any of you guys im sorry i ****ed over alot of people and am working to correct it as soon as possible

So according to ND, reefer has only posted from ONE IP address in the last 60 days?
The thread reefer screwed people with was started 10/11. That would mean he was using this laptop the entire time.
Now he gets called out, someone new joins that just happens to have the same IP address, claims he knows reefer and allowed him to use the computer one time a couple weeks ago, then when **** really starts hitting the fan reefer magically shows up again?

At this point, I don't really care what accusations you make. I've spend my last 4 hours and missed a class with required attendance to help you guys. What the hell do you want from me? I went out of my way to contact this guy and between both of us have figured out how to straighten this mess up. I suggest you refrain from more accusations based on VERY MINIMAL evidence, if you'd even call it that, as I'm starting to get pissed off. I'm going to retire from this thread for a while, you can make whatever pointless accusations you want.

If you want HELP, maybe you should be slightly kinder to the only one that can and HAS provided it.

They're both on line at the moment with different IP addresses..
All I care about is getting our guys refunded or having the parts shipped. I think if sahtt were involved in any way, he would have disappeared immediately when called out.

As far as I'm concerned, if our people get their stuff, it's because of his cooperation.

Thank you CBRVFR; I know ive been quite a burden on the CBR community and im very sorry for the drama ive caused; i left out of town for a family emergency with my mom and have not been the same since alot went down and i havent even gone to work in a week; i dont expect you to believe this; nor will ask you to; i will show this based off m actions on and the 4 involved with this transaction will have all of the tracking numbers by saturday if not by tommorow afternoon

Yeah, that's what I figured.. sahtt wants to make it sound like some random guy who happened to use his computer for a few minutes, when he's actually been using it quite a bit, probably since the account was created on 8-30-06.

ND4SPD, check the Registration IP of reefatx to see if it matches the one the recent posts were made from. Long shot since IPs change, but it's worth a shot.

reefatx - dude you know if you would have told me this, not immediately but within the last month as well as the others here you could have saved yourself alot of this crap. If you make it right everything will be dropped. I know how this **** can happen and does but the worst thing is no communication makes everyone including me think the worst. Never get the things they paid for.
If Sahtt is a different guy or not, thanks for helping out in the ways that you can. I know you were talking with everyone and the mods alot. Next time dont miss out on something like school for some **** like this, do it after class. It's the intenet, try not to take everything so personal even if it is directed at you in that way.

Everything on my end will be dropped as soon as I get my parts or refund.

I didnt till you said something...lol I forgot which email account I had attached to the forums because we were using gmail on both our ends earlier.

I got an email from "reef" a few hours ago stating I would have the pipe with in 7 days. If I get it I will let you all know. Otherwise lets keep stirring the pot.

It would not be that difficult for someone to do something illegal with his computer in which the authorities would exhibit some interest. One of his "pals" downloads kiddie porn, or something equally odious, and when the FBI shows up he say "gosh, I don't know the guy's phone number, address, last name or anything". No doubt the Man will believe that.

Sorry, but a bunch of yokels on an internet board aren't the authorities. If I was him, I would have done somewhat what he did. I would try and contact the guy. No way would I post someone elses personal info on the board without contacting the person and getting their side of the story etc. Kind of like I handled a somewhat similar situation that was posted on this board.

Come on guys lets try and let him make things right. He has posted that he will be doing so. He has emailed me twice now and is saying that he will as well. I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt as of now because he is back saying he will do so. Some other people have said that he has sent out items and others have received things from him so I think we should ease up.
I will not be closing my cases until I get the items but I am done giving him or sahtt a hard time for now.

You are showing outstanding ignorance. Not sure if you've ever been to a place called a university, or lived in a place with other humans, like an apartment, but people that are an active part of society use other people's things. That's how it works. It's a shame I was connected in this fiasco, but I did nothing wrong and went out of my way to make things right.

I'm not going to assume how old you are, or how 'tech savvy' you and your friend's are, but to the majority of college age students and under, borrowing a computer is no more significant than borrowing a cell phone. As much as I am attempting not to take any of this personally, I'd appreciate a little maturity/respect before attacking me or claiming how poor my judgement is when I've done everything possible to help out those who I have no personal commitment to besides doing the right thing for my fellow man. Give me a damn break, muchless a thank you.

Just let this resolve itself, since it seems to be developing in a good way.

Sahht by the way, actually you would be implied in any illegal activities.... not where you would be arrested, but your laptop could be taken and used in an investigation and also you would be someone of interest since you are in direct contact with Reef.

It is very appreciated that you contacted him and helped him to see the light. I do not believe this would have come about where he emailed others unless you were a contact.

Now if you are both of the above..... this is not cool. At least the guy I dealt with did not make up a new name, and owned up to the situation. I am not saying you are but if, I hope you make better choices.

And I agree, 'if' I was both guys, although I'd probably have to be some sort of specialist with an unusual drive to defend himself pointlessly, or a skytzo [sp] it would certainly be 'not cool'.
