Certainly does not seem like this is the case here though. |

Factor in all the stories on email and despite my dislike of UPS I cannot blame them. |

It appears to be pretty obvious he was just buying himself sometime to pack up and move before someone paid him a friendly visit
I think those involved should be pulling out all the stops to make sure this guy is held accountable for what he has done |

I filed with IC3.gov and havn't really heard anything yet. The next course of action would be to find his exact location and notify the authorities. If enought of us tell them we have a problem, I would think they would do something. |

No bulk packages went out of Austin Texas to Elizabeth City, North Carolina or St. Petersburg Florida.
Sorry fellas. Fraud Section
These guys can help you out. We’re looking at Grand Theft, if not various Fed. Violations.

I think those involved should be pulling out all the stops to make sure this guy is held accountable for what he has done | Pull away, J, but I think they're two different people. They're both minimizing the degree to which they know each other, etc. but they were on the board simultaneously from two separate locations, so if the guy's a split personality, he's world class!
Hope you guys get your $ back. This is a disgusting practice and is a very rare occurance on this forum. |

| Re: Welcome, sahtt - what about this reefatx character you share a computer with? I got a couple PM's so I figured I'd post even though I have no news, else I would have already updated as before.
This is no good guy/bad guy routine. There is obviously no evidence in the world that could distingish me from him for some of you; so I do not care to defend myself further. I wonder instead of even bothering myself with helping I should have just responded "I don't know the guy beyond the fact he obviously used my computer. I don't have a contact number for him nor do I communicate with him on a regular basis. Good luck finding him and getting your parts/money."
I've been lied to just like you all have been. He's repeatedly told me he's sending the packages out with seemingly decent evidence to support that, but given a very generous time frame at least a couple guys should have recieved parts by now.
I have finals to deal with and don't need any additional stress.
As previously mentioned, if I hear anything, you guys will be the 1st to know. |

I believe you can but I'm not positive. they've always been really fast with shipping I usually get the stuff before checking where it is.
considering this guy should really have sent the stuff out a month or 2 ago there's been more than enough time for stuff to get where it should be. he's ripping you off, you have plenty of stuff against him to file claims.

| Re: Welcome, sahtt - what about this reefatx character you share a computer with? That left coast midget is right. It's just a confirmation on delivery. I've used it before and tried to actually track the package, but it is only good when the package is delivered and the mailman gets back to the P.O. Not real-time. |

last package I got from them said it was delivered when I checked it 20 minutes before the postman came and dropped it off at the door.

It's a delivery confirmation, not pseudo real time like UPS and Fedex. |
