Has anyone ever used exoticsportbike.com? I ordered a devil exhaust system from them on the 1st and havent had much luck finding out where it is. I have left them an email and have called in and left a message. When I called in I got an email that said I should here from them within the next 24-48 hours

I was just wondering if anyone else has had good or bad luck with them.

I bought a Muzzy full system, a PCIII, and an undertail off of them this spring. I had no trouble. Maybe they're swamped this time of year.

Yeah your probably right. Im just getting nervous. I had a company take my money and never give me me what I ordered over the internet before so I just wanted see if anyone else had used them without any problems

I can see why you're concerned, but I woulnd't panic yet. I made two seperate orders from them and had good luck both times.

Just remember.............. Tis' the Season. The post office, shipping companies and just about everyone in general are busy as hell this time of year.

I ran an online business for a while selling Jeep parts and accessories. This time of year can be a nightmare. Everybody is trying to get things at the last minute for Christmas.
The problem is often that with most online stores, they carry little if any inventory. Most things are drop shipped straight from the manufacturer or another larger distributor. Getting shipping info out of them can be difficult at times.
This time of year you spend more time tracking orders than you do taking them.
So, it can for sure be frustrating on all sides.

Sounds like it's a good company though from the other responses.

I ordered a slip-on from this company over ten days ago. I just checked the order status and the site gave me a order being processed message. The only communication I have received from this company was in response to my asking for the order status seven days after the order was placed. This does not look good.

if it doesnt work out use my guys from dscbikeshop i ordered a 2brothers exhaust and i love it and it sounds very deep. They had it out to me in a week. Some times a shop might be out of stock and waiting for them to come in, but whats important is a phone call back to let a brother know whats up. Thats a real buisness. if you let them slack they will do it to others you know. Good day!!

did you ever get your exhaust? or did you get with my guys from dscbikeshop for the exhaust? i love there site and products, ii just got a and engraved chain guard from them last week. check it out. No, I never got the pipe and now I and working with the BBB and my card issuer to get my refund. exoticsportbike.com is making this very ugly.
