D&S Kawasaki Honda Arlington, TX 76015

After almost $5,000.00 spent with this dealership, I would like to inform all the persons who read this thread, the following:

-after D&S promised me:
-they will have a crate ready for my bike (or they will make one) at the price of $200.00.
-they can keep the bike there crated, so the freight company, I hired, can come pick it up from a business location (with a certain equipment needed to get the crate into a truck).
-they will repair my bike after a crash for $560.00 (they had the list of parts and wrote on that list what the labor will cost 560)

they did the following:
- they charged me $950.00 because a certain part took longer than expected. They said it took 6hours to replace that part, but I actually checked on them and they started working on that part at about 1 pm on 2/17 and they replaced it at 3 pm on 2/17. That means 2 hours of labor.
- they said they will sell my bike if I won't pay for the service.
- they said they have no crate, and they cannot make one WHATSOEVER. (but I already arranged for the shipping, I am all messed up right now, leaving the country in less than 24 hours and no crate and place to ship from)

I paid for the service and took the bike away from them.

Please be advised that, although I have no proof to know whether this is true or NOT, I have heard of a person who recovered his stolen bike, in this dealership's back yard.

This is why I work on my own bike so I don't have to deal with stupid situations like this.

I take it you are military and going over seas to your first assignment?
