 | mirrorplates.com I recently ordered a lap timer holder from mirrorplates.com. I waited for a couple of days and didn't receive anything. So I emailed them and got a response almost instantly. The guy who helped me out is Don. Don was concerned because it was sent out the day the order was received and I should of had it by then. Don requested I wait another day to see if it was just late. The next day I didn't receive anything either. I emailed Don again and he replied letting me know he is going to send one out priorty mail. Two days later I received it and it is installed! Don is a perfect example of a great buying experiance. Anyone can make a sale but Don sincerly cared about this situation and did what it took to make it right. I would definately recommend mirrorplates.com. Excellent customer service!!!  | |
