This buyer is completelly lying about this item. The item that was listed and shipped to him was in exellent shape and it was out of a 2006. It was not in brand new condtion but I did not advertise it as brand new. It was advertised as used. If you wanted a like new item then you should go to the dealer.

Was told item was in very good condition. I asked becuase it either was very dirty or there was rust from looking at the picture. Reived with rusted sleeve. Tried to clean up but there were scratches that did not buff out, chips, ding and a chip. No reply from seller after received. I tried to resell but nobady wants to buy it even at a loss. I will not lie about condition to resell.

Maybe you need to pay closer attention to the pics. Not saying that it is completly your fault. Ask for more pics the next time. Or just dispute with paypal if that is how you purchased it.
