Kneedraggers.com...Never Again!

The worst online service I've had to date buying motorcycle parts. They say "will ship in 3-5 days"( It took 9 days for an item in stock to ship). I called to cancel the order and they said "too late it's on the way" Another lie, and the item won't arrive until next week...My first and last purchase from Kneedraggers.com

Re: Kneedraggers.com...Never Again!

I have ordered from them and never had an issue. These days, people don't have stock but the products are shipped from a distributor.

Every company cannot make every single customer happy, so there will always be complaints.

Re: Kneedraggers.com...Never Again!

I have ordered from them several times with no problems. I had an issue on time with the wrong bolts being sent with some sliders. The folks at Kneedraggers worked it out with the manufacturer directly and I got the proper parts.

Helmet Harbor is only two miles from my house. If you have a problem, I can throw it through their window for you!

Re: Kneedraggers.com...Never Again!

I've ordered from Kneedraggers a few times, never had a problem.

and I wouldn't hesitate to order from HelmetHarbor either. Just judging by all the reviews they put on their site I get a really good feeling from them. I'm in the market for a new helmet now and I think I'm gonna order it from them.

Re: Kneedraggers.com...Never Again!

Kneedraggers.bom is the worst online experience I have ever had. Rude customer service, late delivery, and poor quality merchandise. Avoid them at all costs, because you will buy junk, and it will be late, and you will be ripped off.

Re: Kneedraggers.com...Never Again!

I've had good luck with kneedraggers in the past, but on my most recent order, an item got duplicated, they said they caught it, but they didn't and 2 of the same item was shipped to me. No biggie. They said they credited my card and I returned the extra item. Got my statement, no credit applied. I called a couple of times and all they kept telling me was they issued a credit. I finally had to call my cc company and dispute the charge, as the credit was never applied.

Re: Kneedraggers.com...Never Again!

After talking to a manager, kneedraggers has stepped up to the plate and resolved the issues. They are a quality business and I will visit their site again to make a purchase.

Helmet harbor rocks and if you send in any questions via email, they get answered by Todd, the owner himself.

Re: Kneedraggers.com...Never Again!

I've oredered from Kneedraggers in the past with both good and bad experiences, (mostly good). But my last order took over nine days for it to finally arrive. I emailed them at five days and I got a generic email back.
I tried this new company (Sportsbike Motorcycle Parts, Accessories and SwingArm Extensions.) and had my swingarm extensions within three days. Granted it's only 200 miles from Orlando, Fl to where I live in SW Florida. I called up first and found them to be friendly, knowledgeble and willing to take the time to speak with a customer.
