I purchased a battery on 5-26-08 Motorcycle Batteries USA and after several days I emailed them to see when I might get my battery, no answer. So I tried several more and got a Dear SIR email stating that it was shipped and would receive it in 2 days. That did not happen. So I sent 4 more emails and I kept getting an auto reply notice.
They do not a phone number on their site, so I went to the Better Business Bureau. Should have done this first, it only took a minute to check them out. Here is what I found. This is copied from the BBB's information page. They received and "F"

We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.
They have had 75 complaints in the last 36 months and 31 of them are unanswered.
