I bought an assortment of OEM parts from Motosport.com about a week ago, and had a few observations:

1. Crazy fast shipping, two days.

2. Terrible packaging. Why would you use a box that was not larger than a part in any dimension? The result was a bulging box with zero padding inside. I consider myself lucky none of the oil filters were dented/damaged.

3. Poor attention to detail. I also ordered 10 aluminum washers, they shipped 6, with no explanation to my missing 4. They were like .50c each, so I was going to let it slide. On the plus side, the remainder arrived 2 days later...in a giant box. They could have sent it in an envelope for next to nothing, instead someone in the shipping department ate up the profits of my purchase with a huge box for 4 washers...weird.

The prices were ok, the shipping was fast, I will probably try them one more time.
