In regards to me not posting, we have been very busy. I have not been on the forum for weeks. When I noticed the post, which was slanderous and untrue, I contacted my attorney. I was advised not to respond so legal action could be taken.

Cool Freddy.
I figured legal action was the only sensible explanation :-)

This is very untrue. The vast majority of them are still up. I have spent the past 2+ years defending negative post of which most of them are from dissgruntal competition and ex-employees. The wost thread comes up every time you google crazy Freddy's. I deal with customers directly. Any legitimate posts from people who had a negative expirience at one of my stores were always responded by myself in a professional manner.

In that case, I must apologise.
I have seen you defend yourself against some clearly disgruntled people which is why I found it surprising that posts were now being deleted.
Making yourself publicly available on a forum is to be applauded and in my mind at least is far more valuable than simple advertising.
We all make mistakes despite our best intentions and as business owners we take the responsibility when an employee screws up. Rectifying the mistakes and working to ensure they don't happen again is all that can be asked by any reasonable person. And reasonable people make much better customers than the unreasonable ones :-)

Re: Crazy Freddy's Satisfied Customers

I was not aware that two posts would be considered "relentless." I will definitely not make that mistake again. In fact, I do not intend to make another post regarding the experience.

Fred, things are not square with us, however. Your employee, Jeff still has not refunded my deposit on the bike. When I left on Saturday, June 20th, he promised to put the refund through. Now he will not return any of my calls. It has been a week when I was promised that it would be returned by Monday.

I wanted to give you the opportunity to rectify this issue. However, if you have truly retained counsel in this matter, then that is who I should be in contact with. I have not been contacted as of yet. Please have your attorney contact me at cogitoesquire@aol.com as soon as possible so that we may address this and your allegation of libel (not slander).

It's the same guy.
He had to use a new name because his previous account is banned.

This very well could be true if either of us knew exactly what happened. Dealerships don't make happy customers and profits by giving back refunds.

I am responsible for the acts of my employees. That's why I make myself so available to every customer and member on this forum.

This thread was and still should be about satisfied customers.

freddy you are rite this thread should be about happy customers but you cant always have happy customers and when the negitive threads get deleated then you got to expect them to get posted on this thread. I dont see a deposite as a refund since he never bought anything from you it is still his money and belongs to him so i dont get your post about dealerships dont make a profit by giving refunds. By you saying you are responcible for your employees actions and if half of the negitive posts i have read on here are true then you seriously need to look at getting some new employees.

Im sorry Do you own a dealership? Dealerships have procedures and processes that are followed. Refunds are done on Fridays

well thats theft .. .

if a deal is not completed refund should be done on the spot you are not a bank and should not hold someone's money til you feel you should refund it

it takes 10 seconds you run a credit card .. and 15 seconds to refund it ..

THAT IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

and this section is abuot vendor/seller/dealer reviews.. no place does it say that it has to be only about POSITIVE raving reviews of you ..
it is about good and bad .. its about giving people out there an overall picture of what happens at your dealership ..

alot of back peddaling/and excuses i keep seeing

You know so much, so you should get your own dealership.

We sell 1000's of bikes a year that don't go through because of credit or other factors. My refunds are done on fridays.

When I need your advice on how to run a dealership, I will be sure to ask.

In the meantime, have a nice day

It's unfortunate that mostly the dissatisfied customers speak out. I have delivered over 12,275 Happy customers. I am responsible for my employees. I have terminated people in the past who I felt did not do buisiness my way. (the right way).

This forum has become a stomping ground for the very small handful of people to vent their disatisfaction when they could have contacted me directly. I am here 6 to 7 days a week. I answer every phone call and email. I strive to make everyone happy, but in any business it is next to impossible. When I mentioned profit and refunds in the same sentence, I should of been more precise. We hate to give back a refund because that means we can't get a deal done. (usually an unfortunate circumstance such as bad credit, loss of job, unhappy spouse or parents, and yes sometimes the salesman.)

We do not have posts deleted. Becoming a member to bash a sponser is why the moderator deleted his post. This forum was about satisfied customers. Any other comments should be on a seperate forum.

Re: Crazy Freddy's Satisfied Customers

Maybe I should name it "crazy goons" instead of crazy freddy's?

I sold more bikes in 3 days then wherever you work in a year.

We curse customers all day and tell them to call their lawyers and you sit in my showrooms and hear it with your own ears. Now I'm the one laughing.

I wonder how we do so well as goon motors?
