Just Google him.
He's a pizza franchise director and advertises it with every breath :-)
His myspace is just an advert for the business.

| Re: I got well screwed get his number and call him and see what he says. he should refund you all of your money back.
if not, call his boss or some corporate honcho at dominos or something and get him a real bad name.
they will take you seriously calling from another country telling them their employee is committing international fraud.
i know you live across seas, but you can buy calling cards pretty cheap and take care of business!! |

| Re: I got well screwed Doug has promised to send me $300, that'll cover the cost of the new wheel and some funds towards repairing the forks, if I get the refund then that'll be an end to this.
Thanks for all the support guys.
Just to prove a second wheel was purchased here's the crap wheel behind the straight wheel I just painted.
I'll post the repaired fork pix when I get them back from Firefox racing. http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y25...Photo019-4.jpg
Anyone want to buy a 929 front wheel? only $1.00 but must collect. |

Good day to you all,
Doug | Well Doug, I'm impressed.
I was wondering how you could do such a thing when you seem to be a reasonably successful business man.
I'm glad you stepped up and did the right thing.
Be safe,
Larry

| Re: I got well screwed good to see doug did the rite thing, i have used paypal before and disputed a transaction and it took a month to resolve but paypal did there job. I just started a ebay store selling for a wholesale company, and paypal have updated there policies on funds here is there new policies. What is a payment hold for eBay items? It is a hold that PayPal places on a payment you receive for an item you sold on eBay. The amounts held will be shown as "Pending" in your PayPal account. You still have access to all other funds in your PayPal account. Why are my payments being held? Payment holds for eBay items are an effort to increase marketplace safety. We hold payments when we suspect a transaction may be risky. Here are the most common instances in which an eBay item payment may be held: - You have been an eBay member for less than 6 months, and you sell an item for more than $100
- You have an eBay feedback score of less than 100, and you sell an item for more than $100
- You have a buyer dissatisfaction percentage* greater than 5%
- You have an average DSR of less than 4.5
- You have received fewer than 20 Detailed Seller Ratings in the last 12 months
- You are listing your item in a high-risk category such as gift certificates, video games, cell phones, computers, or consumer electronics.
When will PayPal release the hold? Your funds will be released when one of the following occurs: - The buyer leaves you positive feedback
- 3 days pass after proof the item was delivered**
- 21 days pass without a dispute, claim, chargeback, or reversal filed on the transaction
We may hold the funds longer if your buyer files a dispute, claim, chargeback, reversal or has otherwise taken action to dispute the transaction.
Learn more about the PayPal policy for payment holds for eBay items.
* Buyer dissatisfaction percentage is measured by adding negative events as a percentage of your transactions. Negative events include negative & neutral Feedback, Detailed Seller Ratings scores of 2 or less, and Item Not Received or Significantly Not As Described disputes.
** This applies to US domestic transactions that are shipped by USPS, FedEx, or UPS and either (i) use PayPal shipping labels to ship items or (ii) upload tracking information to PayPal via the transaction details page. If a payment is being held, it will be shown as "Pending" in your PayPal account until it is released.

| Re: I got well screwed paypal protects both the buyer and the seller, if the buyer disputes the transaction paypal mediates and the buyer needs to show why they are disputing the tranaction, if the seller is a crook then they get what they deserve but if the seller is legit and the buyer is trying to scam them paypal will protect the seller. by paypal doing this it might discurage crooks from targeting honest people.

That would be like going to a shop, buying a £500 DVD player, getting it home and finding it was fu*ked and when you took it back to the shop the manager saying that he would only give you £300 of your money back |
