Never have I encountered such bad service in regards to Motorcycles. There seems to be something terribly wrong with the two dealers up here (too small for any competition), and every time I enquire about something, I'm either met with blank stares because they have no idea, and aren't willing to find out, or I'm simply fobbed off. Anyone from Darwin will know exactly who I"m talking about...

Every other person I've spoken to has serious complaints about both business' too. From overcharging to charging for work that wasn't even done.

They obviously dont realise that the service interstate is much higher, and at the end of the day, it only takes a phone call to have things sorted out elsewhere. As for servicing and maintenance, Alicross have shown themselves to provide good work, and honest answers.

At the end of the day, I think it's better to pay the extra $800-$1000 to get transport from a dealer elsewhere if you're after a bike...

I guess thats the problem of a small and very isolated market.

What could help is a letter to Honda Australia. If a dealer is representing them and giving their brand a bad image they may actually care.

The bike place might not care if they lose you as a customer, they may care if they loose quite a few. But they would likely be very worried about losing a big selling brand name.
