Buyer - BIGSEXY954RR - Has a problem!

I Sold this guy a Front fairing and also a rear tail a few weeks ago
$ 165

After waiting days for his deposit.. a week! for his final payment
he complained because i couldn't ship out the parts the NEXT DAY, i had a trip to florida that weekend and was busy getting that ready, i shipped parts asap when i got back and provided a tracking number!

$40 Dollars to ship both parts, so 125 for both a usable front fairing and tail

when he asked me condition i told him there were rash and some light damage
he said he didn't care because he was taking them to paint and that was the hurry for the fast shipment

so that day he got them, he said the tail was ok, but front fairing has 4 broken tabs and alot of damage, when i shpped these this was not the case..

i tired to talk to him but he instantly wanted a refund, but not just a refund he said he would not pay to ship parts back, so he wanted all his money back and to keep the parts - WHAT A JOKE

after trying to work with him he filed a dispute with paypal, i denied refund because he would not agree to send parts back even if i did refund the money, also he stated that his front fairing and tail were in better condition, so why would he want new parts? i believe he sent me pics of his busted up fairing and trying to call me the scammer

after filing with paypal, paypal decided in MY favor and dropped the case

when talking to him on the phone trough text message he would not leave me alone and would keep texting me and texting me, one night i had to tell him i was going to call the cops if he kept harrasing me

a new front fairing is 350.. and a rear tail is 200+
he got these USEABLE/repairable parts for 125! and now he wants to complain

THEY ARE USED PARTS - BEWARE of buyers filing complaints because they do not understand what they are buying

Also i understand my -35 rep, but that is because of a post about stunting that i got bad feedback for because i did not know it was disliked so highly around here, i recently had a + rep left, also i have 100% on EBAY and have 2000+ posts on cbrforum, well known 954 member and have great feedback, i guess you can't please everyone

9/20/2009 17:14 PDT - Buyer: i have a full conversation on my phone (txt messages) that i saved of how disrespectfull the seller was with me swearing and cursing at me threatening to call the cops on me for harrasment wen he was the one who started txtn me i will keep the pieces for the fact he doesnt want to pay the 40 shipping to resend the package back i would like atleast half refund if i am goin to have to keep these items that i wont use

9/19/2009 21:45 PDT - Buyer: items were told to b in like new condition with no cracks or broken tabs both piesces are in poor condition front upper has 4 broken tabs and 3 of them are completely missing it has 2 large cracks and road rash along the whole right hand side was told only about the road rash> tail piece was told to be in like new condition with no broken tabs or cracks wen recieved it has about a 6 inch crack also a hole in the plastic about the 3/4 of the size of a doller bill. on the end were the tail light goes it was completely broken off and was glued back together as with one of the cracks on the upper fairing. i asked seller what condition these items were in and he said like ne condition with no broken tabs or cracks on either item

as u can see from the pix looking from behind the top left tab was broken and glued or watever that is back on the middle tab is missing the threading the top right tab is completely missing the top right tab on the side is completely missing the top of the fairin next to the mirror holes is completely cracked through and has been glued and above that is another crack there is rash all along the right hand side the middle right tab is also broken so there is a total of 3 missing tabs one broken one that has been glued back on there is rash all over the plastic on the right side there are 2 cracks one that is completely cracked through but has been glued and the other is half way through the plastic. all you told me that was wrong with the fairing was the rash so as u can see there is alot things wrong with this fairing that was told to me upfront so i would apreciate a full refund n if u do not want to pay the refund hopefuly we can come to an agreement were il just keep this one so u dnt have to pay shipping and u just refund me partialy or something like that u let me know what you would like to do

and wen i initialy called u u said no refunds watsoever u didnt try to wrk it out with me untill i told u i will go through paypal and bash u on this sight u said wel u gona pay to ship them back i said y shud i have to pay to ship them back to you wen u the one that decieved me and lied about the condition of the parts u stated to me owell u aint gona get anything back then u want me to lose out another 40 buck yeah ok no refunds i asked for a full refund yes but then i tried to settle with you and asked for a partial so u didnt have to pay the shipping and with the refunded money i could pay to get the crap u sent me fixed. u also said i bitched wen u were shipping i didnt bitch i asked wen u was gona ship u said u were goin on vacation i said cud u ship them out b4 u head out u said u shuda paid sooner owell i ship wen i get back i said ok just send me a tracking number wen u ship
now we know y your rep is neg because ur trying to sell crap to people sending pix trying to decieve people cuz in the pix u dnt show the faults only a pic from far away so the damage isnt noticable (my error for not asking for better pix) but hey i was trying to believe the guy and trust a person i wil post the pix or put the link of the pix

Take a pic with someone elses phone of your text screen and edit out the phone numbers and there it is or i believe programs like my mobiler have screen capture if you had a pda/smartphone. if you are that interested
