THIS GUY IS A SCAM ARTIS AND A THIEF I TALKED TO THIS GUY HE SAID HE HAD A UPPER FAIRING AND OTHER PARTS FOR SALE WE CAME TO A DECISION ON THE TAIL AND UPPER FAIRINGS FOR 165 SHIPPED I ASKED IS THERE ANY TABS MISSING OR BROKEN TABS OR CRACKS OR RASH HE STATED NO ONLY SLIGHT RASH AND IS IN LIKE NEW CONDITION SO I PAID RECIEVED PARTS OPEN THE BOX UPPER FAIRING AND TAIL ARE CRAP. UPPER HAS 2 CRACKS ONE WICH HAS BEEN POORELY REPAIRED WILL SUM TYPE OF GLUE AND THE OTHER CRACK IS JUST THERE 3 TABS ARE COMPLETELY MISSING AND ONE WAS GLUED BACK ON ALONG WITH ALOT OF RASH. THE TAIL IS EVEN WORSE IT HAS A 5 INCH LONG CRACK WER IT MOUNTS UNDER THE SEAT AND THEN THERE IS A HOLE BIG ENOUGH FOR MY HAND TO GO THROUGH IT THE TAIL WERE THE TAIL LIGHT GOES WAS COMPLETELY BROKEN OFF AND GLUED BACK ON WITHTHE SAME CRAP AS THE UPPER AND WAS POORELY PAINTED OVER TRIED TO REASON WITH THE GUY TOLD HIM CONDITION OF THE PIECES HE SAID HE DIDNT LOOK ATH THE PARTS HE WAS SELLING FOR A FRIEND BUT THEN HE SAYS HE DIDNT REMEMBER ANY DAMAGE I TOOK PICTURES ASA I OPENED THE PACKAGE I CALLED AND SPOKE TO HIME HE SAID HE HAD TO TALK TO HIS FRIEND BUT NO REFUNDS PERIOD SO I OPENED A REFUND CASE ON PAYPAL HE TXTS ME CURSING ME OUT AND SWEARING IN THE CONVO AND THEM SAYS HES GONA CALL THE COPS FOR ME HARRASING HIM WEN HE TXT ME FIRST HMMM. SO HE STILL WILL NOT REASON AND REFUND EVEN HALF CUZ I SAID IL KEEP THEM JUST REFUND HALF HE TXTS ME TODAY N SAYS HAHA I TOLD U YOU WOULD LOSE I WILL POST PIX OF THE CRAP HE SOLD ME LATER AND IF I CAN I WILL POST THE TXT CONVO HE SENT ME I JUST HOPE NOONE ELSE GETS SCREWED BY THIS GUY BOJOE IS A LYING THIEF AND WEN I ASKED BOUT HIS REP HE GAVE ME A BULLCRAP STORY ABOUT THAT ALSO WILL B POSTING PIC LATER

he gave me a strory as u can read in his thread about me that sum crap happened and my mistake for trusting sumone but he told me they were in like new condition with no broken tabs or cracks and by the pix he sent they looked to b in that condition i will post the pix but they are already on his thread

no he started a thread about me and here are the pix he emailed me and theres pix of the upper i got the tail pix they say they are to large to dwnload im trying to download them and im trying to also post the txts this guy sent i dnt wana type it noone will believ i wana post it showing times his number and mine

and this is the email i sent him of the pix of just the upper fairing i didnt send him pix of the tail because as he staes he basicaly gave it to me for free lol but i will post pix of the taill also and as u can c from the pix they are the same parts as the pix he sent me i wil even put a link to my myspace page and u can c my bike my tail is red

as u can see from the pix looking from behind the top left tab was broken and glued or watever that is back on the middle tab is missing the threading the top right tab is completely missing the top right tab on the side is completely missing the top of the fairin next to the mirror holes is completely cracked through and has been glued and above that is another crack there is rash all along the right hand side the middle right tab is also broken so there is a total of 3 missing tabs one broken one that has been glued back on there is rash all over the plastic on the right side there are 2 cracks one that is completely cracked through but has been glued and the other is half way through the plastic. all you told me that was wrong with the fairing was the rash so as u can see there is alot things wrong with this fairing that was told to me upfront so i would apreciate a full refund n if u do not want to pay the refund hopefuly we can come to an agreement were il just keep this one so u dnt have to pay shipping and u just refund me partialy or something like that u let me know what you would like to do
