Funny that he will not post up here to defend himself, or provide his side of the story. But he just sent me this nasty e-mail so he knows he did wrong and its now biting. I hope he thinks its worth the $600 he made off me selling me damaged stuff represented as perfect, flawless, etc.
Here is what he just sent me:
QUOTE:
keep thinkink there will be no legal action .. all your posts are printed out ...
and well see where this goes.. keep posting personal information asshole .. watch what the **** happens...
maybe you should know about internet law with re: to posting personal private information and frauds
but ill make sure you learn really quick
END QUOTE:
Guess he doesen't think real good. His "Personal Private Info" that is so secret is available all over the internet from various posts, websites, business dealings, and thoes past people he has had bad dealings with. Sooo guess its not Private is it. Funny this boy is upset that he screwed someone and they complained....weird wouldn'y that would happen
Yea alot of people have replied that he did not use rim protectors when he dismounted the tires and damaged the rims. It still does not explain the chips inside the spoked area though:wtf:
funny i am replying ....
and as i told you in email i did not remove the tires.. they were removed at the shop.. and if need be id have them attest to the fact that they bike was trailered in ...trailered out .. rode around the block a bunch of times when i first bought the bike (as i told you) then the CZ rims were installed
so you can keep spinning it anyway you want ... you are really not bothering me one bit ..
ride safe pal... nighty night

ORIGIONAL FACTORY WEIGHTS still in place.. ORIGIONAL value stems still in place ...

| Re: I got Lied to, Ripped Off, and dont want you to be Well, your post are very well articulated.
Yes i bought them, then you told me no tires, you refunded my money, then i looked at other sets, that had very minor dings and scratches, and then i decided to try and get the perfect rims for less than your asking price. Thats not a hard one to understand. I tried as anyone would to bargain you down, you said no because yours were perfect. You made a valid point, Ultimatley i decided that yes the extra $200 was worth getting perfect rims over dinged scratched one. Yes that happen i dont debvate that.
You spent 40 minuts polishing rims??? That you said were bagged up and protected after you removed them upon driving 3-miles home from the dealership. Funny your e-mails state you had professionals remove the rims, and remove the tires. Funny here is a picture of a windscreen you offered to sell me with the "protected and bagged up rims" rims sitting in the background on a pile of cardboad and junk in your garage. Lied again Oren, busted.....
QUOTE from ORENS EMAIL:
its amazing you ASSUME everyone is not a good mechanic...
rims were removed by professionals
tires were removed by professionals
the chips you sent pics of were NOT there prior to shipment
i do not know your motives nor do i care about them ...
i polished and cleaned the rims for you not for any other reason other than to ENSURE as i was cleaning them there was nothing over looked, if there was i would have emailed you about it and asked what you wanted to do
END ORENS QUOTE
Funny Oren professionals do not remove rimes and tires at their house with sharp metal objects that ding, chip, and damage rims without rim protectors i might add. Pros do it with a tire machine that protects the finish from damage or every guy that has a tire changed would be pissed at the dealership for damaging his rims.
Oren your busted, just admit it and refund me my money and i will send your rims back. Simple solution. Why would you want to drag this out and spend money and time on something so simple. Just be a man, swallow your pride, admit you were wrong and lets settle this like adults. You get your rims back that you didn't want to sell anyway" and I get my money back. |

| Re: I got Lied to, Ripped Off, and dont want you to be Since i have saves every e-mail between me and Oren, here is my exact e-mail after i realized he was not going to be civil. Nowhere does it state i said refund me $100 or else i will post up this and that, etc
MY E-MAIL Well if thats your position, i have whitnesses that when i pulled them from the box they were chipped. I will be doing all i can do to discredit you and expose you for the fraud that you are. I really cant believe you are going to try and pin this on me, when you clearley know you are in the wrong. Wow when something bad happens you will know what happened. Karma will get you since it's not reasonable to my wallet to come there and see you in persone to return these. You are not a professional, you said you rode home and removed the rims. That shows me you lie right there. You think the chips magically appeared there. You are the worst kind of person who takes advantage of people. I should have trusted my gut and gotten the pictures of the rims before paying you. Boy was i wrong to assume you were a good person.
Dont buddy up and wish me good things, they mean nothing coming from a liar like you. I have been nice up to this point and tried the civil route.
John
END MY E-MAIL.
If you want me to Oren i will post all your e-mails and people will see for themselves the lies you trip up in by saying conflicting stuff in different e-mails. Fact is fact.

I just want a simple refund, how hard is that. Oren everyone on here knows that the rims do not look like that after a professional shop removes Tires. They have special equipment to do it damage free. You are not fooling anyone. And your defense of i am trying to get $100 back because i found them elsewhere for $400-$450 doesnt hold water. The reason i bit the bullet and got yours was becasue the others had dings and chips and i wanted the perfect ones, hench i spent more to get them. Its as easy as that. They are not perfect and i am pissed. Yes you read that right I am not happy, who would be. Its not hard to see why i am cautioning others to beware when and if they deal with you.

Bummer for him.
I just want to give him his rims back and get my money back. Its not hard to understand, i want nice **** for my bike, not chipped, dinged, damaged stuff or i would have just bought the $400 ones in the first place with the chips and scratches..
Sorry guys just be aware of old Oren |

| Re: I got Lied to, Ripped Off, and dont want you to be Small claims court typically handles these disputes, usually up to $2,000 or $3,000, but laws are state dependent. Lots of places don't require or somtimes, even allow attorneys to be involved in small claims. If the US postal service was used to ship the items, the postal inspecters will get involved, if contacted. It seems like a bit of over-kill.
I would certainly try the Pay-Pal route first, but there options. BTW, you don't need to be present in court to defend yourself, in this type of case. You simply contact an attorney, close to where the charges are filed, and give him/her all the paperwork.
Also, even if a judgement is won, there are other steps necessary to actually collect on it. If you win, at that point, you at lease have the option for a lein or something.
I recently had an out of state lawsuit and it ended up being cheaper to lose than to travel, or pay an attorney to show up with "all" of the contract paperwork, and not just what was supplied by the plaintiff. :-( |
