You could get it direct from HelmInc but if the dealer is getting you that bad on this, what else are they trying.

They've actually hooked me up on a few parts. I'm not defending them though, this is the dealer I've talked about before that hasn't gotten any of my business on our past five Hondas.

I'm looking for the Factory Service Manual though, not an aftermarket. It's on Amazon for around $70 including shipping.

Where did you find that suggested retaile price? All of my other manuals have cost between $50 and $60.

From the Honda dealer price book. The problem is, there is only about $6.00 markup on the service manuals and the dealers normally try to add their "usual" margin of 100% to anything OEM.

Yep looks real and they keep adding a year so 2002-2005 would work also.
