That was my first reaction also.
I signed up for membership for rc51.com sofar, and I can not post. I have been waiting for more than a week to wait for David-administrator to activate my account.
I do not know how long It will take. I have Pm his several times requesting but no luck so far,

rc51.com and rc51.org are two different sites.

I'm not sure which one you signed up for, but there is a PC on rc51.com for sale. It's the second "item" in the for sale threads:
