I bought a scotts damper off my buddies RC-51 and the mount for the frame was not the right one. I keep the damper and bought a new mounting kit ($130). I still have the RC-51 mounting kit, I gave it to another buddy to see if it would fit his VFR. I will see if he still wants it or not if your interested. You can buy any scotts damper (of GPR) they are interchangeable only the bike mount is different. I posted it for sale on my local forum Odessa Sport Bikes for $80.00. If you bought the one from Buckshot maybe we could work a deal. What color is the one you have Buckshot? mine is gold and I am not that fond of the gold, would rather have red or black to match my 954. The 05 RC is all black right, the gold would look good on the all black.

I would prefer the black also -- but the gold (that I have) gives er a bit o class

!

As a side note I wouldn't want to sell just the damper with out the mounting kit.
