Sounds like your tip sensor got mangled not your ECU, just my 2cents. Try calling 610-521-6700 they got all the parts you need in stock and ship same day COD.

Re: Parts needed for my crashed 1000rr

FYI your tip sensor is located up in the headlight bucket on that bike. Instead of buying a new one...bypass it. hard wire the REDand GREEN together..let the white wire hang, but clip all three. throw little black box away. Bike should fire up.

Re: Parts needed for my crashed 1000rr

Dont have a pic, the tip sensor is the black box mounted between your headlight bucket in the back, its black flat on the sides and rounded at the bottom...it has an up arrow on it. Try holding it up and starting the bike. Or you could hot wire it as I suggested before.

Fan wont come on till bike reaches 221 degrees F...check to make sure the little black plug on the left side of the bike is plugged in by the fan bracket...damn you need a mechanic!

Don't bypass that tip over switch with that kind of riding unless you want your next wreck to be a fireball.
