| Re: WTB: F4i CBR Interested, but not sure I want to buy a drag bike . I need something dependable for the street. BTW, if you went with a 15t front and 45t rear isn't that -1, -1? Why would you do that? Fine tuned for better launches? |

| Re: WTB: F4i CBR You are to new to be allowed to post in the FS section.
I saw that you were in OH and wanting an F4i and I was going to point you to his bike as well. Got in here and see that he beat me to it.
I have an '02 F4i (see gallery), and my Bro in Law rides an '03 red/black RR. Identical straight line speed, the RR weighs about 5 pounds more but the balance is much better to the point that it feels a little lighter. Much better in the corners than the F4i but also much less natural feeling at first. The '03RR is has basically same brakes and forks as the F4i since it was before they switched to the upside down set-up. They are similar enough that it is worth checking out since it is somewhat near to you. |

| Re: WTB: F4i CBR Its back to stk wheelbase right now. Stk gearing on a 600rr is 16 front and 43 rear. The 15,45 conversion really wakes these bikes up. Girlfriend ran a 10.40 at 130 in the 1/4. I am going to take pics of it at stk wheelbase this weekend after I clean it up. Its a pretty clean bike, but not perfect. And as for dependable, its HONDA!!! no really it runs perfect. I am riding it back and forth to work right now |

| Re: WTB: F4i CBR My bro in law has 35K on his '03 RR. He bought it with 10K a little over a year ago. He has added 25K commuting between Idaho and SLC, Utah. No problems. |

I might come see it! Quote: |

My cousin has a nice '03 600rr that I like to ride. |
