1997 cbr900 parting out or make offer

parting out 1997 cbr900rr or make an offer on the whole thing. it runs good and can be heard running. it has 51,000 km ( about 30,000 miles). frame was branded irreparable in ontario due to a small scratch in the side of the frame. frame ,forks, wheels all appear to be straight.
engine $950
frame $500
