| Re: 929 K&N Filter Why would you want one? The OEM filter flows better and makes more HP. There are dyno tests proving this. |

| Re: 929 K&N Filter On top of what nedro said having a K&N filter wont show up with more rwhp since its on a dyno..Or at least not that much. What else do you guys have on your bikes to get 140rwhp. I read multiple places that the 929 has 150hp and only 129rwhp. I have a full hindle exhaust and it apparently makes 138.6 rwhp. |

The only guy ever to claim 150ish with a 929 was Zman. I called him on it, on numberous occasions but he never gave an explination or a dyno chart. It was simply BS. When I had mine tuned, the machine read 200+ on one pass. I'm thinking it was a glitch... But hell, if I were Zman, I'd probably print it as fact.

| Re: 929 K&N Filter I mean I read in reviews and books that the 929 is supposed to have 150 rwhp. I have no idea even where to guess as the only bikes I have ever had were the 929, and a Ninja 500. 150rwhp is prolly too much anyway. |

| Re: 929 K&N Filter The article were refering to Brake Horse Power at the crank shaft. And that's probably close to accurate.

| Re: 929 K&N Filter nedro is correct.
stock rwhp is around 125-130 give or take, depending on the dyno.
so, 137-140 rwhp is very respectable with add-ons, tuning, mapping, etc. |
