| Carb mounts for '92 Honda CBR600-F2 I need a set of the rubber couplers to mount the carbs on the cyl. head.
Or if there is a solution that I don't know about let me know. |

Or if there is a solution that I don't know about let me know. | They're called intake manifolds and are only about $60 for all four. 1992 Honda Motorcycle Parts for CBR600F2, OEM and Aftermarket at BikeBandit.com I can't recommend a solution if you don't tell me what problem you're trying to solve ;-)

| Re: Carb mounts for '92 Honda CBR600-F2 A cheaper solution is what I meant. Three of the old ones are hardened and cracked and I believe that is what is giving me my lean condition and not allowing the bike to reach highway speeds and backfiring on deceleration.
Some other things I found is that the previous owner must have installed the wrong plugs. Being that there is no service record of the bike I'm going to rebuild/clean the carbs as well. |

Since they're specific to the F2 only, any secondhand ones you find aren't going to be significantly younger than yours.
Which plugs are standard and what were in it?

| Re: Carb mounts for '92 Honda CBR600-F2 The required plugs:
NGK CR9EH-9
What was in the bike:
CHAMPION G59C
-----------------------
The obvious thing between the 2 plugs was that the Champion's electrode was not sticking out as far as the NGK's, and the li'l arm ended half way across the electrode. |

| Re: Carb mounts for '92 Honda CBR600-F2 When I get a chance I'll take a pic of the 2 plugs so you can see the difference. If that would be necessary that is. |
